چکیده
Inbreeding, which is the mating of related individuals, increases homozygosity and leads to depression, especially in traits with low heritability. In this study, parent-offspring, full-sibling half-sibling groups were formed their effects on embryo loss hatch weight investigated. a total 2130 fertile Japanese quail eggs used. Embryo losses divided into three periods; early period (first 5-day), middle (6-12th days) late (13-17th days). It was observed that affect all subject study (P≤0.0001). The lowest hatchability dam-male offspring (DM), while highest (HS) control (C) matings (P≤0.05). However, hatch-weight found DM has also for periods Most losses, except group, occurred period.
